Job summary

CFG Health is seeking an experienced compliance professional to serve as a resource on regulatory, compliance, and correctional healthcare standards across CFG Health Systems contracted facilities. You will design and implement a systematic approach to monitor regulatory requirements, complete audits, and maintain contract compliance with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; RN license in NJ is mentioned in the posting.
• Minimum of 5 years nursing experience.
• Knowledge of correctional healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements (NCCHC, ACA, NJ Administrative Code 10-A, PBNDS).

Responsibilities

• Provides education and serves as a resource to management, medical staff, and patient care services.

Works with the Health Services Administrator to revise site-specific policies and procedures to maintain compliance with standards, regulations, and contracts. Acts as a liaison to external audit consultants and provides education to health staff to promote compliance.

Qualifications

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Master's in healthcare administration or nursing specialties preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience. Must have a valid RN license in the state of NJ.
• Strong credibility, independence, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Knowledge of correctional healthcare compliance, regulatory requirements (NCCHC, ACA, NJ Administrative Code 10-A, PBNDS).
• Experience in training and development.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively at various professional levels and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
