Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a CPU Pre-Silicon Engineering Program Manager to drive the full program lifecycle from spec through tapeout.

You will be embedded with the CPU design team and coordinate with architecture, verification, physical design, DFT, and software teams to ensure timely delivery of high-performance CPUs for the M1/M2 Mac, iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch. The role emphasizes technical depth across architecture, logic, verification, and physical design, along with strong communication

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with 3+ years relevant experience.
• Proven silicon development experience in Design, Verification, Implementation, Physical Design, DFT or silicon validation.

Responsibilities

• Drive CPU IP development across several programs.
• Develop and negotiate project schedules and deliverables.
• Drive regular project meetings to focus the team on milestones and resolve technical issues.
• Identify risks and dependencies and generate mitigation plans.
