Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. in Santa Clara seeks an experienced CPU/EDA engineer to join the Nuvia/CPU team. You will work with world-class engineers to push performance, energy efficiency and scalability while building and supporting implementation tools and flows.

You will collaborate across design, CAD, and EDA vendors to ensure industry-leading power, performance and area, and influence flow architectures for future nodes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in EE/CS with hardware/software exp.
• Experience with EDA tools and scripting (Python, Tcl).
• Strong knowledge of high-performance chip development and flow architectures.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams across design and CAD enablement.
• Enable 3DIC/multi-die in flows or develop new flows.
• Plan and implement flows (e.g., TSVs during floor planning).
• Support Static Timing, Extraction across multiple dies.
• Support power integrity flows across multiple chiplets.
• Architect, maintain and troubleshoot flows; resolve project issues.
• Coordinate with EDA vendors to define roadmaps and resolve tool issues.
