Job summary

  • Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years of hardware/software/systems engineering experience.
  • Master's degree or PhD with related experience is preferred and increases qualifications.
  • Strong programming (C/C++) and hardware verification experience are required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Leverages expert knowledge of computer architecture, micro-architecture, logic design, circuits, and/or physical design to develop and verify high-performance CPU designs.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, specifications, and trade-offs to achieve product goals.
  • Writes detailed technical documentation for complex CPU designs and reviews documentation from experienced engineers.
