CPTA Physical Therapist Assistant - Inpatient

**Position Details:**

• Schedule: Full time, 40 hrs/week, day shift, Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm, with variable weekends and holidays (7:30 am - 4 pm).
• Hospital: Ascension Via Christi

**Responsibilities:**

• Conduct medically prescribed physical therapy under supervision.
• Provide interventions based on a plan of care written by a physical therapist.
• Document treatment interventions.
• Coordinate activities of support personnel as needed.

**Minimum Requirements:**

• Licensure/Certification: BLS Provider within 30 days; Rehab Therapist credentialed from Kansas Board of Healing Arts prior to hire.
• Education: High school diploma with 2 years of experience, or Associate's/Technical degree, or 4 years of applicable experience.

**Preferred:**

• Experience in acute care settings.
