A dynamic opportunity to join WebSenor Ltd as a Change Manager, driving cloud adoption and digital transformation for enterprise clients. You will manage deployment projects, lead training sessions, and create communication strategies to ensure successful platform adoption while working with innovative cloud technologies. Ideal candidates will have strong project management skills, a proactive attitude, and experience in corporate training.
As a Change Manager (CPT), you will be part of an innovative and entrepreneurial team, working with the latest cloud technologies to drive digital transformation across enterprise clients. You will play a key role in managing organizational change through cloud adoption, user training, and strategic communications, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, and other SaaS solutions.
Scope / Level of Decision-Making:
This is an exempt position requiring independent initiative and limited supervision. While routine tasks are self-managed, more complex issues will be escalated to leadership.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple cloud-based deployment projects simultaneously
• Oversee Google Workspace, Slack, and other cloud-based solution rollouts
• Organize and lead end-user technology training sessions and transformation workshops
• Develop and update training materials and course content tailored to client needs
• Create and execute customer-driven communication plans
• Customize communication strategies for different business units or user segments
• Lead discussions on branding, materials, and visual identity for deployments
• Provide event planning support for client engagement and change workshops
• Consult with clients to assess organizational change needs and implement tailored strategies
• Manage other related cloud consulting and transformation projects
Required Skills and Experience:
• Strong project management and organizational skills, including budgeting and task planning
• Excellent customer-facing skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly
• Proven ability to understand and explain unfamiliar software platforms
• Experience in corporate training and public speaking
• Must be a proactive self-starter comfortable working remotely and independently
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (25% on average, passport required post-hire)
Preferred Skills and Experience:
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace and Slack (certifications or methodology knowledge a plus)
• Experience with cloud-computing and SaaS platforms
• Strong technical aptitude and adaptability
• Advanced degree (MA, MBA)
• Background in professional consulting or digital transformation
• Experience working remotely from a home office
