Job summary

The instructor delivers patient-centered, learner-focused coursework and maintains regular contact with students, faculty and administrators, typically responding within 24 hours.

The ideal candidate has CPT or Surgical Technology certification and can collaborate with the Surgical Services

Qualifications

• CPT or Surgical Technology certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver course materials in a learner-centered environment with engagement of students.
• Communicate with students, faculty and administrators, replying within 24 hours.
• Manage clinical course components: grading assignments, providing substantial feedback, submitting clinical evaluations, attendance and grades.
• Monitor student progress and ensure adherence to CPT curriculum and clinical documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with program director and CPT faculty to support efficient program operations.
• Occasionally attend evening labs to connect with students and coordinate clinical assignments.
