Job summary

Mod2Analytics, LLC is seeking a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) / ISSM to build and lead our security program from the ground up, including the design, accreditation, and stand-up of a new SCIF. The selected candidate will shape security operations across DoD, SAP, IC, and industrial security domains, driving RMF/ATO, ICD 705, TEMPEST, and related compliance efforts in a cleared environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph. (within last 5 years)
• DoD 8570 IAM Level I or higher certification.
• In depth knowledge of ICD 705 and TEMPEST requirements.
• 10+ years in ISSO/ISSE/ISSM/CPSO/FSO or similar security leadership roles.
• Experience RMF and ATO processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, accreditation, and stand-up of a new SCIF and security program.
• Shaping security operations across DoD, SAP, IC, and industrial security domains.
• Develop and implement security processes and ensure compliance across multiple programs.
• Interact with government security representatives and support inspections or reviews.
• Establish an enterprise security team and effective incident response.
