The selected candidate will shape security operations across DoD, SAP, IC, and industrial security domains, driving RMF/ATO, ICD 705, TEMPEST, and related compliance efforts in a cleared environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph. (within last 5 years)
• DoD 8570 IAM Level I or higher certification.
• In depth knowledge of ICD 705 and TEMPEST requirements.
• 10+ years in ISSO/ISSE/ISSM/CPSO/FSO or similar security leadership roles.
• Experience RMF and ATO processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, accreditation, and stand-up of a new SCIF and security program.

• Develop and implement security processes and ensure compliance across multiple programs.

Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) / Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced security professional to serve as both Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) and Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO). This is a unique opportunity to build and lead our security program from the ground up, including the design, accreditation, and stand-up of a new SCIF, while establishing the foundation for our future enterprise security team.
The selected candidate will play a critical leadership role in shaping security operations at Mod2Analytics—developing processes, ensuring compliance across DoD, SAP, IC, and industrial security domains, and driving excellence across multiple security disciplines.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to architect and lead a fully compliant SCIF and security program supporting mission-critical national security efforts.

Basic Qualifications

Active TS/SCI (within last 5 years) with ability to obtain a Polygraph.

DoD 8570/8140 IAM Level I (or higher) certification.

In depth knowledge of ICD 705 and TEMPEST requirements.

10+ years of experience in ISSO, ISSE, ISSM, CPSO, FSO, or similar security leadership roles.

Strong knowledge of operating system security and enterprise environments.

Hands-on experience with RMF and ATO processes.

Working knowledge of NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117), DCSA security requirements, and industrial security compliance programs.

Experience administering or supporting personnel security, facility security, and classified contract security requirements.

Experience interacting with government security representatives and supporting compliance inspections or security reviews.

Ability to serve as FSO and ITPSO within a cleared contractor environment.

Desired Skills

Direct experience leading or supporting new SCIF construction and accreditation (ICD 705/TEMPEST).

Experience with ICD 503 / JSIG requirements.

Background supporting IC and/or DoD programs.

Experience implementing multi-classification systems in complex environments.

Familiarity with tools such as eMASS, Xacta, or ServiceNow.

Strong understanding of network and system infrastructure.

Experience serving as the FSO within a cleared contractor environment.

Experience establishing or administering an Insider Threat Program.

Familiarity with DISS, NISS, NBIS, or related government security systems.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Base Salary: $100,000 to $150,000
