Responsibilities

Supervise, mentor, and empower a team of social workers and support staff.
Oversee case planning, assignments, coordination of services, and crisis management.
Provide expert training, guidance, and ongoing development for the team.
Review casework for quality, compliance, and impactful service delivery.
Participate in rotational on-call support for emergencies.
