Job summary

Responsibilities
- Conduct maltreatment investigations to determine if maltreatment occurred and safety decisions.
- Perform CPS Initial Assessment and coordinate with supervisor for final screening and case assignment.
- Assist with temporary physical custody and safety plans when needed, including transportation to appointments or hearings.
- Respond to Youth Justice intake information from law enforcement and assess custody options.
- Interact daily with families, law enforcement, legal professionals and community providers.
