Minimum of a high school diploma.
Commitment to Jesus Christ and His church.
Experience caring for infants and children.
Ability to maintain safety and cleanliness in the nursery.

Responsibilities

Weekly childcare hours are Sundays from 9:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. (Aug–May) and 9:15–11:15 a.m. in June/July.
Provide age-appropriate care including feeding, diapering, and supervising naps.
Attend CPR certification training and maintain certification while employed.
Complete Covenant's Child, Youth, and Vulnerable Adult Protection Policy training and follow its guidelines.
Be friendly and respectful toward children, families, and church members.
Dress professionally and appropriately for work with young children.
Maintain and clean the nursery before and after use.
Notify pastors and parents in emergencies or concerns about a child.
Work with other caregivers to share duties and workload.
