Job summary

Allied Services is seeking a Nurse Aide to assist patients with activities of daily living, provide basic nursing care to non-acute patients, and help maintain a safe, clean environment under unit supervision. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR certification or willingness to obtain it, strong written and verbal communication, confidentiality, and flexibility to float between units and locations.

Experience as a Nursing Assistant preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience As a Nursing Assistant Preferred.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain CPR certification.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills required for effective interactions with patients, visitors or staff.
• Must maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Must pass Certified Rehabilitation Nursing Assistant test within orientation period.
• Required to float between units and locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and basic nursing tasks for non-acute patients.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and support unit operations.
• Provide compassionate patient-centered care under supervision.
