Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of bartending experience.
• Certified to serve alcohol.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs and stay active.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes to prepare cocktails and drinks, with garnishes.
• Serve members and guests promptly, verify IDs, process payments, answer questions.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar, surfaces, furniture and equipment.
• Restock liquors, wines, beer, and non-alcohol ingredients; replace beer kegs.
• Reconcile cash at end of shift.
