Job summary

Vertiv Co. is seeking a motivated Summer Intern to join the Oracle CPQ team in Westerville, OH. This hands-on role offers exposure to enterprise quoting and pricing technology and a chance to impact revenue operations while learning from CPQ professionals.

The internship involves configuring rules, pricing, quote workflows, testing templates, documenting configurations, and supporting data quality initiatives. Collaboration with Sales, Finance, Product, and IT will be essential.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Excel and comfortable working with data.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a collaborative team environment.
• Self-starter with a willingness to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist configuration and maintenance of product rules, pricing models, and quote workflows in Oracle CPQ Cloud.
• Support development and testing of quote document templates and layouts.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline the quote-to-cash lifecycle.
• Participate in data quality initiatives, including catalog cleanup and validation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for system configurations and business processes.
• Assist with user acceptance testing for new features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, and IT to gather requirements and troubleshoot issues.
• Support reporting and analytics related to quoting activity and system performance.
