Job summary
Medix is seeking a certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) to support a high-volume, non-dispensing specialty pharmacy and HUB services workflow in a hybrid role in Scottsdale, AZ.
You will handle prescription intake, data entry, and QA, coordinate transfers, and ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation with minimal supervision in evolving healthcare environments.

Qualifications
- Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License.
- Active National Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential through PTCB or NHA.
- Experience in a specialty pharmacy, HUB services, or non-dispensing setting.
- Proficiency with eRx intake, data entry, and workflow management.
Responsibilities
- Process, review, and enter electronic prescriptions (eRx) with first-pass completeness checks.
- Monitor real-time workflow and manage daily/hourly reporting for visibility.
- Navigate between pharmacy software and BI platforms to upload/sync client files.
- Assist with prescription transfers and administrative HUB services to support patient access.
- Ensure audit-ready documentation compliant with HIPAA and policies.
