Capgemini, a global leader in technology and consulting, seeks a Vice President to lead and grow its Intelligent Supply Chain practice for the CPG sector in the USA. The role focuses on delivering complex, technology-enabled outsourced supply chain transformations for major Consumer Goods companies.

The ideal candidate has 20+ years in supply chain, strong leadership, and a proven track record in global delivery and sales. Travel is required as part of client engagements.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of Supply Chain experience in the Consumer Products sector.
• Experience leading large, global transformation programs.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and deal closure skills.
• Background in consulting or outsourced service delivery is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead large-scale, global supply chain transformation programs for major CPG clients.
• Shape and sell transformation programs to top consumer goods companies.
• Oversee governance, risk management, and financial stewardship of programs.
• Develop and grow the CPG Supply chain service line across the USA.
