Summary

This is a Project Manager / Marketing Operations role supporting Clients product innovation and brand projects.

Responsibility:

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects from planning through completion.


• Create and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, risks, and changes.


• Work closely with marketing, product development, and senior stakeholders.


• Support new product development and innovation projects.


• Maintain and manage innovation portfolio data and ensure data accuracy.


• Use Smartsheet or similar project-management tools.


• Improve processes, workflows, and project-management practices.

Project / Program Management — ~70%

• Build end-to-end project plans.


• Coordinate cross-functional teams.


• Track timelines, deliverables, scope, and milestones.


• Manage risks, issues, and project changes.


• Coordinate with marketing, product development, and other stakeholders.


• Communicate project status to senior leadership.


• Help teams make quick decisions.


• Follow Idea-to-Launch (I2L) and Marketing Operations processes.


• Improve project-management processes, tools, and workflows.

2. Innovation Portfolio / Data Management — ~30%

• Maintain project/innovation information in systems.


• Make sure project data is accurate and complete.


• Audit and clean up data.


• Help team members enter/update project information.


• Track portfolio metrics and identify missing or incorrect information.


• Standardize templates, naming conventions, and data formats.
