Job description

Blue Yonder is seeking a strategic Account Manager with previous supply chain management solutions sales experience at the enterprise level (>$2B annual revenue) to sell software solutions primarily into Consumer Goods accounts.

Location: US-Remote with the ability to travel up to 50%

What You'll Do:

  1. Develop and foster strong relationships as a trusted advisor to customers.
  2. Understand each customer's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, and industry trends to stay updated on key issues impacting them.
  3. Drive pipeline coverage to ensure a 3x pipeline on a 4-quarter rolling sales outlook by confidently representing Blue Yonder products and portfolio.
  4. Create and deliver innovative customer presentations to showcase how Blue Yonder solutions can help achieve or exceed their goals.
  5. Understand Value Engineering (VE), benchmarking, and ROI data to support customer decision-making.
  6. Adopt a humble, hungry, and smart approach to selling that emphasizes a consultative sales process.
  7. Achieve or exceed annual quota targets, with details provided upon contract signing.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in a large software company, with success in selling enterprise-level, complex software solutions.
  2. Experience in Cloud and ERP sales, with a focus on supply chain management solutions, licenses, and services.
  3. Proven track record of quota attainment ($2M+ annual quota).
  4. Experience selling Consulting, Cloud, and Education Services ($200K+).
  5. Experience working in a team-based selling environment.
  6. Exceptional presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  7. Ability to travel 50% or more within the U.S. for a virtual-based opportunity.

The base salary range for this role is $130,000 - $150,000 USD.

This salary range reflects current national data; actual salaries may vary based on location, skills, experience, and other factors. The role is eligible for an annual bonus or commission, depending on the position.
