EG Conley, PC is seeking an entry-level Analyst to join our Pittsburgh office. This role is ideal for a recent Accounting graduate who is on the CPA track and plans to sit for the CPA exam, with opportunities to grow across tax, audit, and advisory services.

You will support financial statement work, research, data analysis, and client deliverables while learning our systems and professional standards in a structured environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• Actively pursuing CPA licensure and planning to sit for the CPA exam.
• Strong academic record.
• Demonstrated analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial statement preparation and analysis.
• Support tax, audit, and advisory teams with research and data analysis.
• Prepare workpapers, schedules, and client deliverables.
• Perform basic financial modeling and variance analysis.
• Gather, organize, and validate client information.
• Participate in client meetings and internal planning sessions.
• Learn firm systems, processes, and professional standards.
