Job summary

Springline Advisory is seeking an Associate on the Assurance & Business Advisory team to deliver tailored audit solutions for diverse clients. You will work with subject matter experts, gaining exposure to attest engagements and improving methodologies.

You'll plan and complete audit segments under supervision, develop working papers, and contribute to financial statement disclosures while growing your professional CPA pathway in a fast-growing firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent is required.
• Active CPA(cand) with intention to obtain CPA designation encouraged.
• Public accounting internship experience preferred.
• Understand GAAP, auditing standards, and financial statement presentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work.
• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with accounting matters related to audit and attest engagements.
• Collaborate with other auditors to ensure adherence to standards and firm policies.
• Plan and complete assigned segments of audits under supervision.
• Collect, organize, and analyze documentation for audit engagements.
• Gain exposure to audits, reviews, compilations, and agreed-upon procedures.
• Develop knowledge of audit methodology and professional conduct.
• Prepare workpapers and financial statements disclosures.
• Contribute to audit reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Work with staff to ensure quality service and on-time delivery.
• Complete ongoing professional education and training.
