OnBoard Legal seeks an experienced CPA to join its Tax & Wealth Planning Group in Georgia. You will collaborate closely with attorneys on sophisticated wealth planning matters and provide tax-focused guidance across deal lifecycles.

The role emphasizes drafting planning documents, researching tax strategies, and delivering clear written analyses within a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license is required.
• 3–5 years of tax, financial, or estate planning experience.
• Experience preparing gift tax and estate tax returns.
• Ability to draft and prepare planning documents, exhibits, and supporting materials.
• Strong analytical and writing/communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with attorneys on sophisticated wealth planning matters.
• Provide strategic tax-focused insight throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Assist drafting and preparing planning documents, exhibits, and materials.
• Contribute to wealth planning involving gifts, estates, and related taxes as part of the team.
• Support tax research and analysis to inform planning decisions.
