Manay CPA Accounting & Tax Services in Atlanta, GA is seeking a seasoned CPA with EA credentials to lead tax planning and client advisory work. You will manage tax, accounting, payroll, and client engagements while growing the firm's client base and ensuring compliance with US tax laws.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, mentorship of junior staff, and driving efficiency through leveraging QuickBooks and UltraTax in a global advisory context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field.
• CPA or EA credential is required for the role.
• 5+ years of accounting and tax experience, public accounting preferred.
• Strong tax advisory experience beyond compliance and preparation.
• Proven ability to develop new engagements and grow client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Manage clients' financial operations including taxation, accounting, bookkeeping and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with US tax laws and timely filing of returns and payments.
• Lead tax planning and advisory to reduce tax liabilities for clients.
• Collaborate with sales to originate and pursue new client opportunities.
• Oversee AR/AP, invoicing, collections and reconciliation.
• Maintain meticulous financial records using QuickBooks.
• Analyze data to provide actionable insights for performance.
• Mentor junior staff and assist onboarding of new hires.
• Assist in client onboarding and support during audits when needed.
