Job summary

Teal, Becker & Chiaramonte CPAs, P.C. seeks a Supervisor to oversee engagements and direct staff within our firm. You will provide accounting, auditing, tax and advisory services to clients across industries, ensuring quality and compliance with firm policies.

You will manage planning, fieldwork, statement and tax return preparation, and client communications. Travel and schedule flexibility may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of relevant professional work experience.
• B.S. in Accounting or closely related degree; CPA license required.
• Strong computer, communication and interpersonal skills; organized and detail‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform planning and fieldwork in accounting and auditing engagements.
• Prepare financial statements and tax returns for various entities (corporate, individual, partnership, fiduciary, trusts and non‑profits).
• Prepare and review gov ernmental filings as necessary.
• Identify and research accounting/tax standards and applicable legislation.
• Communicate with engagement team and client staff; may serve as primary client contact.
• Evaluate staff engagements and provide mentoring and development.
• Participate in firm‑directed CPE and on‑the‑job training; assist with business development.
