Mercor is seeking an Accounting Domain Intake contractor to shape upcoming accounting engagements. The role is fully remote, offering compensation of $700 per task. Ideal candidates are practicing accountants with experience across public accounting, corporate finance, audit, tax, or advisory.

CPA preferred; hourly contractor term. This is a remote contract engagement with Mercor's interview process and support channels.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete a ~30-minute written intake about your accounting practice.
• Describe day-to-day workflows, time allocation, and core role workflows.
• Explain insider perspectives on field divisions, not textbook ones.
• Share "invisible" work aspects often missed by outsiders.
• Provide detailed and specific responses; accuracy matters more than polish.
