Real Capital in Winter Garden, FL is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead daily accounting operations, close processes, and internal controls with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires a CPA, 6+ years of experience, and at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity within real estate or property management accounting. You will supervise staff, prepare consolidated statements, and support audits while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Active CPA.
• Real estate, property management, or investment fund accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Dynamics GP, Yardi, or similar.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Month-End Close & Financial Reporting.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and intercompany transactions.
• Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements and management reporting packages.
• Ensure financial information is complete and GAAP-compliant across locations.
• Support external audits by preparing schedules and coordinating responses.
