Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA required or eligible to sit for the CPA.
• 5+ years accounting experience in real estate or corporate environment.
• GAAP knowledge and ability to prepare financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate financial activities across multiple real estate development projects.
• Perform monthly close and reconcile general ledgers.
• Prepare monthly budgets, draws to lenders, and internal requests.
• Assist in annual financial statements and audits.
• Prepare management reports and ad-hoc requests.
