Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Coworker Relations Business Partner who will serve as a key component within our HR team, focusing on resolving associate relations issues, such as disciplinary actions, policy interpretation, and compliance. This role demands a proactive approach in coaching managers, aiding in talent planning, and contributing to organizational initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments, ensuring thorough analysis and effective solutions are applied to coworker relations matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an internal advisor on business-specific coworker relations matters.
  • Coach managers in corporate policy interpretation and business practices.
  • Analyze trends in coworker relations issues to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (Legal, Ethics and Compliance etc.) for advanced employee relations decisions.
  • Conduct workplace investigations and uphold policies to foster coworker morale and engagement.

Must-Have Skills

  • Proficient knowledge of employment law, EEOC, and HR compliance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent conflict resolution and decision-making ability.

Industry Experience

  • At least 4 years of business-facing HR experience in a large organization (500+ coworkers), with a preference for those with generalist experience.
  • Travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PeopleSoft Experience
  • PHR or SPHR certification
  • Fluency in Spanish a plus
  • Intermediate to advanced level experience with Excel (e.g. v-lookup and pivot tables)
