LaSalle Network is partnering with a national organization to hire a Coworker Relations Business Partner!

Based in the Chicago area, this hybrid position requires two days onsite weekly, with the first week of training taking place in-office. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator and relationship builder with deep knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and conflict resolution.

As a vital part of the Coworker Services team, the Business Partner will support cross-functional departments and leadership, guiding sensitive workplace matters such as investigations, disciplinary actions, and crisis management. Coworker Relations Business Partner Responsibilities:

  • Advise and coach leaders on coworker relations, policy interpretation, and compliance
  • Lead investigations and document findings using EthicsPoint
  • Collaborate with Legal, Ethics & Compliance, and Safety & Security teams
  • Track workplace trends and provide actionable insights
  • Support organizational initiatives such as change management and talent planning
  • Partner with senior leadership to resolve complex associate issues
  • Deliver thoughtful, constructive coaching to coworkers and managers

Coworker Relations Business Partner Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years in HR, ideally as a generalist supporting 500+ employees
  • Expertise in employment law, EEOC regulations, and workplace compliance
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • High emotional intelligence and judgment with confidential matters
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel and PeopleSoft a plus
  • PHR/SPHR certification and Spanish fluency are bonuses
