Arrive Logistics in Austin, TX is seeking a Coverage Specialist to support white-glove, temperature-controlled service for our key customer accounts. This 60-day temporary-to-permanent role offers exposure to sales and operations and a path to full-time opportunities.

You’ll train in one week, then handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls to secure carrier capacity nationwide, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain communication with customers on shipment status.

Responsibilities

• Get on the phone! This is a high-volume role, so be prepared for lots of inbound/outbound calls from carriers across the country.
• Secure capacity by selling shipments over the phone to carriers who meet our strict requirements.
• Problem-solve through issues that occur during transit.
• Communicate internally with our customer sales team & keep them updated on the status of their customers’ shipments. You are their point of contact for all tracking updates.

Who We Want

We are looking for dedicated, high-energy candidates to join our growing team of Coverage Specialists. This role is critical to delivering best-in-class service for our most strategic and sensitive refrigerated temperature controlled customer accounts. You’ll play a direct role in maintaining our reputation for white glove, temperature-controlled service, ensuring that time-sensitive and high-value freight moves safely, on schedule, and according to strict compliance standards. This is a 60 day temporary to permanent role. If you perform at or above expectations during your first 60 days, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into a full-time permanent role in sales or operations.

How You’ll Learn

After an intensive one-week training program, you’ll hit the ground running with the knowledge, tools, and resources to secure reliable carrier capacity nationwide.
