Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Allentown, PA is seeking a Coverage Coordinator to manage caregiver scheduling and ensure consistent shift coverage for clients in a busy home-health setting. This is a full-time, on-site role with weekday daytime hours.

The ideal candidate will have scheduling experience, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and may speak Spanish. You will collaborate with clients and caregivers to optimize coverage, resolve conflicts, and maintain clear

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous scheduling experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred (not required).
