Aimbridge Hospitality is hiring a Night Auditor for the Courtyard Atlanta Downtown. You will manage overnight check-ins/outs, balance nightly transactions, and generate essential reports in a fast-paced, urban hotel setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field; supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle overnight check-ins/outs with warmth and efficiency.
• Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure accurate nightly totals.
• Conduct regular security walks to maintain guest safety and property care.
• Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to keep overnight operations smooth.
• Utilize Windows, spreadsheets, and Word docs to complete tasks.

Key Skills/Responsibilities

• Nighttime Welcome Wagon: Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM - 7 AM). Handle check-ins, reservations, and those quirky late-night questions like a pro.
• Master of Midnight Math: Own the Night Audit! Balance the books, finalize transactions, and make sure every number is in its perfect place. Detail lovers, this is your time to shine.
• Guardian of the Glow-Up: Keep the property safe and sound with regular security walks. You're the calm, watchful presence that helps guests sleep easy.
• The Nightly Newsroom: Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report to give management the inside scoop on what went down while the world was sleeping.
• Teamwork After Twilight: Work hand-in-hand with other departments to keep operations smooth and service top-notch - even in the wee hours.
• Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: If you're fluent in Windows, spreadsheets, and word docs - and you've got a knack for solving problems solo - you'll fit right in.

Education & Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
