Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Investigate, prepare, and prosecute assigned misdemeanor cases.
• Represent the State in all stages of court proceedings.
• Interview clients, request and review records, and prepare witnesses.
• Develop case strategies and present cases to superiors.
• Coordinate with court administration, clients, witnesses, and experts.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and procedures.
