Responsibilities

• Support the hearings referee.
• Swear in witnesses, process exhibits, record proceedings, and log names and events.
• Prepare orders, judgments, and other court documents.
• Check pleadings for accuracy and completeness.
• Update records in the electronic case management system.
• Assist with jury management and courtroom logistics.
