Qualifications

• Citizenship or work authorization as required.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Licensed by City of Omaha Permits & Inspection Division, Mechanical Section.
• Two+ years of physical plant/building operations experience with boiler/chiller/pneumatic systems.
• Understanding of US NEC.
• Knowledge of safety directives and facility maintenance policies.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Ability to pass government background check and obtain access.

Responsibilities

• Maintains boiler and chiller systems and related equipment.
• Performs preventive maintenance inspections and repairs.
• Supports maintenance of low/high voltage equipment.
• May perform emergency services and repairs.
• Maintains Low-Pressure Steam and Hydronic boilers and related systems.
• Follows safety directives and environmental standards.
• Keeps tools and equipment in good condition.
• Physical duties include standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
