Responsibilities

• Observe and report property activity on assigned premises.
• Maintain a daily activity report including patrols, incidents, and safety concerns.
• Receive and relay management communications about operations or service changes.
• Sweep, mop or vacuum floors as part of duties.
• Follow all security procedures and protocols at all times.
• Attend required training sessions and stay updated on policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
