Arlington Properties is seeking a part-time Courtesy Officer to help maintain a welcoming, safe environment at our multifamily community. the role includes patrolling grounds, responding to non-emergency requests, and reporting maintenance or security issues to management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible presence on the property and patrol daily.
• Respond to noise complaints and de-escalate situations professionally.
• Assist residents with lockouts and non-emergency needs.
• Monitor common areas (pools, laundry, fitness) and report maintenance issues.
• Observe and report vandalism or suspicious activity to management and law enforcement when needed.
