Job summary

Arlington Properties, LLC is seeking a Courtesy Officer for our residential community. The role offers part-time scheduling and a chance to positively impact residents by maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

A current or retired law enforcement background or military experience is preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent required. You’ll help de-escalate situations, assist with non-emergency needs, and coordinate with local authorities as needed while enjoying rent discounts and

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible presence by walking the grounds daily.
• Respond to noise complaints and help de-escalate situations professionally.
• Assist residents with lockouts and other non-emergency needs.
• Monitor common areas (pools, laundry rooms, fitness facilities) and report issues.
• Observe and report vandalism, suspicious activity, or vehicle violations.
• Support community safety through routine patrols and contact local law enforcement when appropriate.
