Bridge Senior Living is hiring a Concierge to greet residents and visitors and perform a variety of clerical duties at the front desk. This role includes managing sign-in/sign-out, handling phone calls, and notifying staff of arrivals and deliveries.

Weekend coverage is required, with shifts every other weekend from 10pm to 6am. The position offers competitive pay, a $1,000 employee referral bonus, tuition reimbursement eligibility after three months of full-time employment, a 401(k) with

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• CPR certification required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet residents and visitors in a polished, professional manner.
• Manage front desk sign-in/sign-out for visitors and vendors.
• Handle and direct incoming phone calls.
• Inform residents or staff about arrivals, packages and deliveries.
• Accommodate residents' requests for assistance by coordinating with staff.

Concierge Job Summary:

AConcierge is responsible for meeting and greeting residents and visitors while handling a variety of clerical duties.

• Greet and assist Residents and visitors in a polished and professional manner
• Manage the front desk sign-in and sign-out process for visitors and vendors.
• Handle and direct incoming phone calls.
• Inform Residents or staff of the arrival of guests, packages, and deliveries.
• Accommodate Residents’ requests for assistance - referring to other staff as necessary.
