Job summary

Southern Management Co. is seeking an Overnight Courtesy Officer to ensure safety and security at our apartment community. The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to operate with minimal supervision during night shifts.

The position involves patrolling the property, managing access, recording activities, and promptly notifying management of incidents. Requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of customer service experience, and CPR/first aid is

Responsibilities

• Manage and control access to community
• Patrol residential and commercial buildings and grounds
• Observe, record and report activities and incidents timely and accurately
• Notify management of all unusual, emergency, and/or significant situations that occur on the community
• Resolve or report safety concerns immediately
• Inspect and enforce parking policy
• Attend to the needs of residents and guests
• Contribute to community/company engagement efforts
• Perform other duties as assigned by managers/supervisors

Job description

Must have great customer service skills, attention to detail, answering after hour calls, check in all guest when entering community, keep accurate records, turn in nightly report of any incidents.

Working Hours are: 12am - 8am Monday - Friday

While maintaining visibility and availability to our residents, our Courtesy Officers often work independently with minimal supervision. They are dependable, people-oriented problem solvers, and are able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate:

$18.35 - $25.38
