Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Westminster is seeking a Service Courtesy Driver to pick up client vehicles for service, then return them after the service is completed. You will manage the client experience from vehicle pickup through service handoff, with attention to detail and adherence to guidelines.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of general work experience, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and strong organizational and communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills are required.
• Full-time, five day work week with reliable attendance.
• Minimum of five years general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve client vehicles scheduled for service and return them after service.
• Ensure client experience from pickup to post-service inspection is positive.
• Coordinate with Service Advisor and other team members to complete the process.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As our Service Courtesy Driver, you will be responsible for retrieving client vehicles scheduled for service and returning client vehicles once service has been completed. You will be responsible for the client experience from vehicle pick-up, vehicle pre-service inspection, checking vehicle in with Service Advisor, returning vehicle to client and completing a post-service inspection. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and succeed in an environment with established guidelines and processes.

$18/HR

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Excellent driving skills. Must be capable of driving a variety of equipment
• Organized, punctual and reliable.
• Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence in customer service
• Ability to communicate effectively with all parties including Supervisor, client and Service representatives
• Drive safely, responsibly and be prepared for all road conditions
• Respect fellow employees, equipment and customers
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations and policies

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid and current Driver's License with ability
• Clean driving record required
• Minimum of five years general work experience required
