DeVoe Cadillac in Naples is seeking friendly Courtesy Drivers to join our team. You will provide safe, courteous transportation for customers and support our Complimentary Pickup & Delivery Service, helping ensure a seamless experience with the Service Department.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available. We offer weekly pay, Sundays off, and a stable family-owned environment with an experienced team committed to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Safe, confident driver with vehicle operation experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, courteous transportation for customers to and from the dealership.
• Pick up and return customer vehicles via Complimentary Pickup & Delivery Service.
• Maintain vehicle care and presentability.
• Deliver a friendly, professional customer experience during interactions.
• Represent DeVoe Cadillac with a polished appearance and demeanor.
• Ensure courtesy vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready for customers.
• Coordinate with Service team to keep transportation on schedule.

Courtesy Driver – Full-Time & Part-Time

DeVoe Cadillac is hiring friendly, dependable Courtesy Drivers to join our team!

As a Courtesy Driver, you’ll play an important role in providing the exceptional customer experience DeVoe Cadillac is known for. You’ll provide safe and courteous transportation for our customers, assist with our Complimentary Pickup & Delivery Service, and help ensure every interaction with our Service Department is professional, convenient, and welcoming.

Full-time and part-time positions are available.

What You’ll Do

• Provide safe, courteous transportation for customers to and from the dealership

• Pick up and return customer vehicles through our Complimentary Pickup & Delivery Service

• Treat customer vehicles with care and respect

• Provide a friendly, professional experience during every customer interaction

• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor as a representative of DeVoe Cadillac

• Help ensure courtesy vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready for customers

• Work closely with our Service team to keep transportation needs running smoothly and on schedule

What We’re Looking For

• A safe, confident driver comfortable operating a variety of vehicles

• Valid driver’s license with a spotless driving record
