**Job Description**
Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others.

**Responsibilities**
**Essential Job Functions:**

1. Bag groceries at checkout for customers, striving for at least five items per bag without damage.
2. Follow best practices for bagging in various types of bags (reusable, plastic, paper).
3. Assist in removing customer's merchandise from bottom of bascarts for checkout.
4. Offer to help customers load bags into their cars.
5. Perform basic shelf conditioning and inform customers of grocery specials.
6. Return merchandise to store shelves and gather bascarts for return.
7. Clean spills, collect trash inside the store and parking lot, and clean all areas inside and outside the store.
8. Handle and assemble seasonal merchandise.
9. Understand store layout, locate products, and conduct price checks for cashiers.
10. Reinforce safety procedures, identify unsafe conditions, and notify management.
11. Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines.
12. Inspect equipment regularly and report repairs needed.
13. Create a welcoming environment for customers and assist with product questions.
14. Follow all legal and company guidelines, and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
15. Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
16. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
17. Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

**Qualifications**
