Responsibilities include:

• Bagging groceries at checkout, aiming for at least five items per bag without damage.
• Following best practices for bagging in various types of bags.
• Assisting in removing customer's merchandise from bascarts for checkout.
• Offering to help customers load bags into their cars.
• Performing basic shelf conditioning and restocking merchandise.
• Informing customers of grocery specials and returning merchandise to shelves.
• Gathering and returning shopping carts, cleaning spills, collecting trash inside and outside the store.
• Handling seasonal merchandise and assisting with store layout and product location.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and food safety regulations, and reporting unsafe conditions or equipment issues.
• Creating a welcoming environment, answering customer questions, and adhering to all laws and company policies.
• Managing conflict cooperatively, acting with honesty and integrity, and providing support to customers with special needs.
• Performing essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
