Responsibilities

1. Bag groceries at check out, ensuring contents are not damaged and striving for efficiency.
2. Follow best practices for bagging in various types of bags.
3. Assist with removing merchandise for checkout and help customers load bags into their cars.
4. Perform basic shelf conditioning and inform customers of specials.
5. Return merchandise to shelves and gather/bag/store bascarts.
6. Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store, including spills, trash, and floors.
7. Handle seasonal merchandise and assist with store layout and product location.
8. Follow safety procedures, report unsafe conditions, and adhere to food safety regulations.
9. Perform preventive maintenance and notify management of repairs.
10. Create a welcoming environment by assisting customers and answering questions.
11. Follow all laws, regulations, and company policies.
12. Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicts calmly, and act with integrity.
13. Support and assist diverse customer groups, including minors, seniors, and individuals with special needs.
14. Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
