Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others.

Responsibilities

1. Bag groceries at checkout, striving for at least five items per bag without damage.
2. Follow best practices for bagging in various types of bags.
3. Assist in removing merchandise from shopping carts for checkout.
4. Offer to help customers load bags into their cars.
5. Perform basic shelf conditioning and inform customers of specials.
6. Return merchandise to shelves and gather bascarts.
7. Clean spills, trash, and all store areas inside and outside.
8. Handle seasonal merchandise and understand store layout for product location and price checks.
9. Reinforce safety programs, comply with safety procedures, and report unsafe conditions.
10. Adhere to food safety regulations and perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
11. Create a welcoming environment, answer customer questions, and support diverse customer needs.
12. Follow all legal and company guidelines, work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, and manage conflicts professionally.
13. Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
14. Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
