Responsibilities include:

• Bagging groceries efficiently while ensuring items are not damaged and aiming for at least five items per bag.
• Following best practices for bagging in various types of bags (reusable, plastic, paper).
• Assisting customers by removing merchandise from baskets and helping load bags into their cars.
• Performing basic shelf conditioning and informing customers of grocery specials.
• Restocking shelves, gathering and returning shopping carts, and maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the store.
• Handling seasonal merchandise and assisting with store layout and product location.
• Adhering to safety procedures, food safety regulations, and proper equipment maintenance.
• Creating a welcoming environment for customers and assisting with inquiries about products.
• Following all legal and company guidelines, managing conflict calmly, and acting with integrity.
• Supporting customers with special needs and ensuring compliance with all essential functions, with or without reasonable accommodations.
