Responsibilities include:

• Bagging groceries at checkout, striving to pack at least five items per bag without damage.
• Assisting in removing merchandise from bascarts for checkout.
• Offering to help customers load bags into their cars.
• Performing basic shelf conditioning and restocking merchandise.
• Informing customers of grocery specials and returning merchandise to shelves.
• Gathering and returning bascarts to designated areas.
• Cleaning spills, trash, and maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the store.
• Handling seasonal merchandise and assisting with store layout and price checks.
• Reinforcing safety procedures, adhering to food safety regulations, and inspecting equipment.
• Creating a welcoming environment for customers and adhering to all laws and guidelines.
• Working cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts, and acting with honesty and integrity.
• Supporting interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
