Responsibilities include:

• Bagging groceries efficiently while ensuring contents are undamaged.
• Following best practices for bagging in reusable, plastic, or paper bags.
• Assisting customers in removing merchandise from bascarts at checkout.
• Offering to help load bags into customers' cars.
• Performing basic shelf conditioning and restocking merchandise.
• Informing customers about grocery specials and promotions.
• Maintaining store cleanliness by cleaning spills, trash, and all areas inside and outside the store.
• Handling seasonal merchandise and assisting with store layout and product location.
• Conducting price checks and understanding store operations.
• Reinforcing safety protocols, reporting unsafe conditions, and adhering to food safety regulations.
• Performing equipment inspections and reporting repairs.
• Creating a welcoming environment by engaging with customers and answering questions.
• Following all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Working cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts calmly, and acting with honesty and integrity.
• Supporting interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
