Responsibilities:

• Bag groceries efficiently at checkout, ensuring items are not damaged and aiming for at least five items per bag.
• Follow best practices for bagging in various types of bags.
• Assist customers with removing merchandise from baskets and loading bags into their cars.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning and inform customers of specials.
• Return merchandise to shelves, gather and return bascarts, and maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store.
• Handle seasonal merchandise and assist with product location and price checks.
• Adhere to safety procedures, report unsafe conditions, and comply with food safety regulations.
• Inspect equipment and report repairs needed.
• Create a welcoming environment by engaging with customers and answering questions.
• Comply with all applicable laws and company policies.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally.
• Maintain honesty and integrity with customer and business information.
• Support and assist vulnerable populations, including minors, individuals with special needs, and seniors.
